First of all you could lose some weight. Second, you will be in better shape. Third, you won’t be as heavy or fat or have flab.
Running has fantastic benefits!
One reason is you could do it on bright green grass or cold frosty sidewalks, in other words winter or summer. Another good reason is that if it was not easy, why would animals be in caravans that run?
While walking is easy, running can be more helpful!
